Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 days of placing an order. Requests received after this timeframe may not be processed if the order has already been transmitted to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has commenced.
Non-cancellable Items:
- Items that are perishable, such as flowers and food products, cannot be canceled. However, if a customer can demonstrate that the quality of these items is substandard, a refund or replacement may be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Such claims will be addressed after verification by the merchant. This must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the product.
Product Discrepancies:
- If the product delivered is not as described on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. Our team will investigate your complaint and determine the appropriate course of action.
Warranty Claims:
- For products under manufacturer warranty, any issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer.
Refunds:
- If a refund is approved by TOTE AND CO, please note that the processing time for refunds is 6-8 days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
